Fresh juices and blends

Juices and smoothies are healing tools that can provide you with profound health benefits in a relatively short time. Cold pressing the juices retains more nutrients than other juicing methods as the produce isn't shredded with blades; instead, it is slowly ground. This means fruit and vegetables are exposed to less air, thereby slowing the oxidation process. 

Our bodies work hard to process and digest our food so it makes sense to give it a break. If you think about it in terms of time, your body can take up to five to seven hours to digest a bowl of vegetables and fruits, whereas it takes around 15 minutes to digest the same ingredients when they've been juiced.

Plant-based wholefoods

Consuming a diet with a variety of wholefoods, fresh produce and ingredients as close to their natural state as possible will be less taxing on your immune system and promote healing at a cellular level. 

It is also better for our environment - it is estimated that a plant-based diet requires about one-third of the land and water that's needed to produce a typical meat based diet. According to Cornell University, "If all the grain currently fed to livestock in the United States were consumed directly by people, the number of people who could be fed would be nearly 800 million." (FYI - it is estimated roughly 805 million people, or 11% of the world's population, are undernourished on a daily basis. Go figure). 

The answer to authentic health, beauty, vitality, and inner peace lies in the magic of vegan food.

Coffee and hot drinks

Allpress Espresso is our coffee of choice. Their roasting team work direct with farmers in various regions throughout South and Central America, Africa and Indonesia. They single out growers who care about sustainability and good agricultural practice and also strive for a zero-waste facility at their Melbourne roastery. We serve our coffee with your choice of soy (Bonsoy), almond, or coconut milk.

We also offer a variety of hot drinks for non-coffee drinkers, including hot chocolate by Mork Chocolate, tea by Impala & Peacock, and superfood lattes such as chai, turmeric, matcha and peanut butter.
