We are expanding our team and are looking for a full time chef to lead our kitchen.
We are looking for a creative chef who loves cooking with fresh, seasonal produce with a focus on gluten-free, whole food dishes.
-Prepare and cook a range of plant-based dishes
-Develop new menu items with a focus on seasonality
-Achieve all hygiene and food safety standards
-Thrive working in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to work well in a team
-An eye for detail
-An understanding of food safety regulations
-Commercial experience and qualifications are required, as you will be leading a second year apprentice.
You will work daytime shifts across five days (Thursday to Monday).
